Criticizing Ping
So, Apple yesterday launched a quasi-social environment for its media app, iTunes. It’s called Ping.
By and large, the early critiques seem to be:
“Ugh. This is worthless. Doesn’t do near enough.”
If Apple capitulates and expands, the new critique will likely be:
“Ugh. This is a massive privacy breach. How do I turn these features off!?”
Fuck you, internet.
