Who is Joe Barton? He’s the guy who is seriously in need of someone who can design an effective presentation. He’s the guy, apparently, who thinks these are all “good things”. He’s the guy who thinks that Comcast should be allowed to throttle access to Netflix Instant Watch. Oh, and he’s also the guy who thought it was wise to apologize…TO BP. After they destroyed the Gulf Coast. Amazingly, this slide wasn’t prepared by people who want to smear Joe Barton.
